How do you ship?
We do have some stocks in Netherland which you will see the tips when order. So, we are only only ship from China, but also from Netherland possiblly. We ship most orders via China Postal Service Standard Mail and Netherland Postal Service Standard Mail using the least amount of packaging material possible. Every order will be tracked with the shipping number.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of payment.
You should receive your order within 15 to 25 business days from receipt of payment
Our business days are Monday through Friday. (See holiday closings)
How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. You can also check the order status on our online store.

Missing Item Policy for International Orders
Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. Due to the rising cost of international postage, we can no longer ship items that are missing from your international order. If you discover a missing item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly issue a refund for the missing item(s).

Duties, Taxes, and Customs
Please research your country/region's policy on receiving international parcels.
International shipping quotes do not include any duties, taxes or other fees that may be imposed by the government of your country/region. Any duties and taxes for international transportation are borne by the customer.
Each country/region has different rules and regulations for international parcels. We follow the general guidelines set by China Post for international transportation and do not target any specific country/region.
Customs regulations for small parcels and large parcels are usually different. Make sure you understand any specific customs regulations in your country. We will make every effort to help you receive the package, but we are not responsible for the package detained at customs.
